Due to the extensive labor required to produce each sculpture by hand, approximate ships dates on custom sculptures are just an estimation based on current number of orders in production. Delays from weather, defects in raw materials, or the artist's miscalculation of production time may extend this ship date.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason once a deposit has been placed. 

You may EXCHANGE for an alternate sculpture, and the funds may be applied to the exchange within 144 days of receiving your original sculpture. Should your order be cancelled for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. All artwork is sold "as-is" with no written or verbal warranty of any kind.
